Diversified Business Solutions and Services have an answer to all of your basic business needs. Along with our excellent Preliminary Services, our superior Document Preparation, we provide permitting services and business services.

These services include our personnel to retrieve your requests for permits. You will no longer need to have your administrators, assistants, or yourself leave the office and wait endless amount of time to get your permits. Your time is valuable and needed in your office, why loose your time when we work for you.

We do require that there is a minimum of three permits up to ten that you need prior to having a representative traveling to your office. If you need a permit in the same day, we do provide someone for you to help expedite that service. It will be your decision to select certain days per week to have the permits picked up, or call when you need service. When you call in, if you do not specify that there is a rush on it, we will assume that we can pick up the permits at opening of the following day.

Please review the fee list below, these are flat fees based on hours.

1-3 Hours $25.00

4-8 Hours $30.00

Rush Permits $50.00

We base these fees on the expected wait time, and amount of permits that you have. Please keep in mind that when you have three permits or more for one day, this may take additional time, and perhaps an additional day. The City only allows you to receive three permits at a time.

We do request that you have all necessary forms and documents filled out prior to someone picking them up. The runner will be expected to get his/her time in/out sheet signed and stamped by a representative of the City. This will track the hours more efficiently for both companies.


Note: Permit Running Services are only applicable to Tucson, Arizona. Services will be expanding soon so please let us know that you would need out services in your city. We will notify you when the services become available.
